Cost per user is what matters most and the basics are enough: forms, check-ins and PDFs. You need barcode fields, job cards or POS printing in the field, or you have iPhone users today.
You want to prove where reps were, not just that they checked in, and to replay a rep's whole day. You want the logbook done for SARS, a real CRM with quotes and invoices, and your reps' calls and WhatsApps on the same customer record. And you want a Rand price that doesn't move with the exchange rate.
We moved one national distributor's full Rocksoft history into Orbit: seven years of visit reports, every form answer and more than 8,000 photos, with each report still attached to the right customer and rep. Rocksoft's own spreadsheet exports carry no photos. We recover those as well.
